I have been invited by Abacus Software to create some repaints and textures for their Catalina PBY5A aircraft that is now available for your flight sim entertainment.

The actual aircraft is packaged with full VC and many other outstanding features - you can read all about the aircraft and the incredible detail and several liveries that accompany this girl at the Abacus Software site.  - Click on the image above to visit the site and examine this aircraft.

The aircraft was developed by Dave Eckert and Warwick Carter who have created a superb PBY-5A model in high detail for both FSX and FS2004.   Ken Mitchell implementated the instrumentation.   Sound expert Aaron Swindle has produced a new, authentic sound set for the Cat.   And of course some graphics tinkering for liveries by me.....

My focus is to create a large number of unique gjsmith.net liveries for this girl to help you all to enjoy this excellent aircraft. 

NOTE: My texture downloads ONLY include textures edited by me - if you want to place these textures in another texture.# directory you must first copy ALL textures from a previous texture.# directory before installing my textures to ensure that you have all required textures.
